Why I Built It

The Meta Story

We Demo was born from a founder pain point I kept living: building a feature in days, then spending more time creating the demo than building the feature itself.

Most teams either post raw recordings or lose time and money in manual editing loops. I built We Demo so builders can upload a recording, share a URL, and get a polished story in minutes.

The meta goal is simple: reduce the communication friction that keeps good products invisible.

What This Project Taught Me

Output quality must be consistently acceptable without manual intervention.
Founders value turnaround time more than exhaustive customization.
Polish is a growth lever when the core product story is strong.
