Why I Built It

The Meta Story

TeamClaude started from a real bottleneck in AI-assisted development: Claude Code is powerful, but coordinating multiple agents on a real sprint felt manual and blind. There was no visibility into what each agent was doing, no task tracking, and no cost awareness.

I built it as a plugin that spawns a manager and engineer agents, assigns tasks from a roadmap, reviews code in iterative rounds, and streams everything to a live dashboard. One command to start, full visibility throughout.

The deeper goal is making autonomous engineering teams practical and observable, not just impressive demos but real sprint workflows with git integration, retrospectives, and human checkpoints when needed.

What This Project Taught Me

  • Agent orchestration needs visibility. Without dashboards, multi-agent systems feel like black boxes.
  • Iterative code review rounds between agents improve output quality significantly.
  • Cost tracking per agent changes how teams think about autonomous workflows.
